Hello, we’re HiThrive.
In life, each of us needs someone who can understand the worries and frustrations we feel, someone to whom we can tell the truth. Because when everything's out in the open, we can resolve our problems. And it's the same in business.
We can help you at every stage of business development. From expert guidance to write an effective business plan or conduct a detailed performance audit, to support in defining or refining your development strategy.
We can also help outline a performance improvement blueprint. That’s why, when you work with HiThrive, you’ll find everything you need to achieve your business goals and aspirations.

I've spent over 18 years leading and developing small businesses, implementing strategy and creating growth. In that time, I've learned how to identify critical areas for success, simplify complex issues and apply commercial insight – at speed.
With 29 years of management experience working across roles in hospitality, live events, and creative services, I thrive on helping people – and making a positive difference.
Today, with HiThrive, that translates to supporting people who’ve had their big business idea – people who've spotted that gap in the market. And to working with business owners and management teams who are ready to grow. Because that’s where I know that Wiebke and I add great value.
“What I liked most? Scott's balanced approach of friendly support and clear direction. I've gained clarity and focus, coupled with insight, understanding -- and responsibility. Scott is becoming a steady hand and guide - helping me towards my vision for Wonderstuff.” - Paul Alderson, Wonderstuff
I specialise in business turnaround, change management, finance, customer service, and operational management. And, if you can tell us where you want to be, we can tell you how to get there – and we’ll be by your side at every step.
The best part of our work at HiThrive? Supporting our clients, be they business owners or management teams, and coaching them to achieve their goals.

The best parts of what we do? Seeing our clients' businesses improve and succeed. Helping people create a better and more enjoyable working environment. And preventing business owners and operators from continually having to 'reinvent the wheel'.
My specialism is in applying those procedures and processes that I know help to give people more time. Whether that's more time to work on developing and growing their business, or more free time to enjoy outside of work.
And, as a qualified and licensed bookkeeper, I'll deliver the essential financial insight you need to make business decisions with confidence.
“Wiebke is highly organised, professional and personable. She has been key to establishing, developing and managing Bike4Health’s business administration and bookkeeping functions. For the past four years, she has demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of our business, including our interaction with customers while always maintaining strong levels of attention to detail.” - Richard Wills, Bike4Health
When you work with us, we'll help you to embed and implement the strategies that we know will improve your business at every level – and support your growth.
Working with you to implement systems and improve your processes, improving efficiencies across your business – and freeing you to concentrate on developing your business and delighting your customers.

Hi, I’m Emily, a trainee bookkeeper at HiThrive. I work part time alongside studying professional dance performance at London Studio Centre. I love numbers and I’m a stickler for detail, which comes in handy in bookkeeping and on stage. I’m enjoying learning the ropes and helping our clients keep their books in order.

Hi, I’m Felix. I’m studying for a master’s in maths at the University of Warwick and work part time at HiThrive as a bookkeeper. I’ve always loved numbers and finance, and I’m also into computer science and how it ties in with maths.
I completed my AAT Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping in July 2024. HiThrive’s a family business, so I’ve been able to put what I’ve learned into practice with real clients from early on. I’m looking forward to seeing where it takes me.
